You are a collage of life

You are a collage
Made up of a collection of events and people, experiences and education, environment and inborn personality and talent. Capturing those unique pieces and illustrating them in your adoption profile can endear you to others.

Your Adoption Profile - Moments of Inspiration

Sometimes it's an image, other times lyrics, or a chance meeting with a friend that becomes a moment of inspiration. Capture that feeling, remember what it means to you and use it in your adoption profile. Maybe it's a journal entry or maybe it is something that defines you. Take the time to capture it and tell the story.

Light hearted Monday from Parentfinder.com

According to the Mao Clinic
Laughter stimulates many organs. It enhances your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the endorphins that are released by your brain. It really is the best medicine!

Here's a short video about the effort Will Smith puts into living and work.  I hope it inspires you and gives you a different perspective

Parentfinder.com - adoption perspectives

Jaime Cone is an adoptee and a graduate student in journalism at New York University.  She writes about the love she feels for her adoptive parents…her story ends like this;

Sprinkled throughout the documents are reminders of my parents’ dedication and how their love for me was obvious to everyone from the start. I found myself smiling when I read a report that said: “Present placement is very stable, safe, nurturing, warm and provides Jaime with a sense of permanency ... the current caretakers are very, very much interested in adoption if the child is freed.”  I’m glad they stuck it out.
